Beautiful New Beginnings was founded in 2016 by mum of three Carolyn Whitehead and became a Community Interest Company in 2018. The business idea was conceived around the same time as her third child Gracie, and out of a desire to support parents on their pregnancy and parenting journey.
As Beautiful New Beginnings flourished in the community, it also grew in team and we are blessed to have the most incredible team of experts working hard to deliver sessions.
Whatever class you step into, you can be sure that its led by a practicing expert in their field and that you will receive a warm welcome. We believe in creating and connecting communities and believe that in doing this, we can help combat loneliness. We are better together.

Having seen the benefits of peer massage in schools, Carolyn then went on to train as a baby massage instructor in 2017 and has been delivering sessions in the community and on a one to one basis since.

After birth I didn’t feel comfortable going far from the house on my own until she was about 3 months old. By then it was summer hols and there were no baby specific courses at the children’s centres. I had 6 weeks to fill before going back to work and was desperate to do something with her. I found the BNB courses on insta and we attended the Weds PM sessions at west derby. They were so fantastic! Included a bit of everything so I went back to work not feeling like I’d missed out on that time with her. I was also armed with songs, yoga exercises and ideas to incorporate in my weekend play with her. Wish I could attend more but luckily BNB have other events that I can attend that get me out the house with the little one. Fully recommend x

My husband and I have just completed the antenatal course which we both thought was excellent. As first time parents we literally had no clue! The course is well structured with experts each week covering not just the labour & birthing side, but also really practical steps like First Aid and looking after your baby when you bring them home (safe sleeping, bathing etc). Cal & the session leaders are really knowledgeable & also very friendly & open to any questions you have. We both felt it was very personable & good interacting with other new parents to be! Really useful course, has helped us immensely to feel more prepared for our little arrival. Cal is so welcoming & some of her little touches are so thoughtful. We highly recommend the course & I’m looking forward to bringing our little one to some of the other classes when she arrives! Thanks again xx

Just completed all three of the ‘starting school’ workshops. I can’t recommend enough! I now feel that I am able to support my daughter through her first year at school. Amazing resources and activities that really engaged my little girl. The teachers who ran it were enthusiastic, passionate and Incredibly helpful and supportive. Thank you so much! Laura Morris.
